For a correction, include the page URL and the detail you want us to check. We can help with our published information; product orders, returns and warranties should go to the retailer or manufacturer.
Questions about a guide: tell us whether you are comparing products, checking a specification or trying to understand a term. Include the guide title and the exact model mentioned. A question such as “Does this wireless adapter work with the wired system already in my car?” is easier to assess than a general request for the best accessory.
If a question depends on compatibility, include the vehicle make, model and year, plus the relevant factory equipment. For a phone connection, the phone model and the connection that currently works are useful. For a tool or accessory, identify the task you want to carry out. Share the information needed to explain the question; you do not need to send a vehicle identification number or other private identifiers.
We use the details you send to handle your message. Please avoid passwords, payment information or sensitive personal documents. Read our Privacy Policy.
For a privacy request, select the relevant subject and identify the earlier message or comment without including unrelated personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for how site submissions and external services are described. Do not send passwords, one-time login codes, payment-card details or retailer account credentials in the contact form.
What to include
A useful message tells us which guide you read, what seems unclear and the source or manufacturer information you want us to review. Sharing a page URL helps us find the right section.
Reporting a correction: copy the sentence or specification you think needs checking and explain what conflicts with it. A link to the current manufacturer’s page or manual is particularly useful. Include the model suffix, region or package if the difference involves two similarly named products. Publication dates and hardware revisions can explain why two sources show different information.
Reporting a broken link: send the URL of our page, the link text you clicked and the destination that opened. Mention whether it displayed an error, an unrelated product, an unavailable listing or a login screen. Retailers and manufacturers sometimes move pages, so identifying the precise link lets us check the reference rather than guessing from a screenshot.
Reporting a display problem: describe what you expected and what happened. Mention the page, device type, browser and whether the issue occurs every time. A screenshot can help explain missing text, overlapping controls or an image that does not load. Remove personal details before sharing it; an account name, message notification or open browser tab may be visible in the image.
Source and credit questions: identify the photo, video or quoted material and its location on the page. Send the original source URL and explain the credit that needs checking. Our source notes distinguish stock illustrations, manufacturer demonstrations and third-party reviews from product testing carried out by this site.
Before sending: check that the page URL opens the article you mean and that the model name includes any important suffix. If you are describing a display error, mention whether other pages work and whether the problem began after clicking a particular control. For a specification correction, include the relevant part of the primary source rather than an unrelated retailer description.
Send only material you are entitled to share. A screenshot can be useful, but a whole account page or an order confirmation may contain information that is unnecessary for checking a public guide. Keep your explanation focused on the published content and the question you want us to investigate.
Looking for buying advice?
Start with our Buying Guides or Car Accessories hub. Our articles explain features and compatibility, but we cannot inspect your vehicle through this form.
A manufacturer’s support team is usually the right destination for a fault, warranty claim, account access problem or device-specific repair instruction. A retailer handles an order placed with that retailer, including delivery, returns and billing. We can check information published in our guides, but we cannot access another company’s account or inspect your vehicle remotely.
If you are still choosing a category, the Car Accessories directory explains the different tasks each guide covers. The Comparisons page is useful when you have a shortlist and want to check package contents, fitting requirements and the complete setup cost. Include those details when suggesting a future article.
Sending a message does not guarantee a reply time, a published recommendation or a partnership. Keep the subject specific and check that the page URL is complete before submitting. That gives a correction or content question a clear starting point.
